Project Overview

The JLG Company executed a significant expansion and renovation for this Berwyn, PA home, centered around maximizing the lower level's footprint. After the homeowner identified an opportunity to extend the basement, our team excavated over seven feet of earth and demolished a masonry wall to extend the space to the existing footing. We then poured a new concrete floor and added a new bedroom/bathroom suite adding a grinder pump to enable the new bathroom to operate below the main sanitary line. Additionally, the project included a contemporary renovation of an upstairs bathroom and a fresh coat of paint throughout the home. This work successfully added substantial square footage and functionality for the growing family.
