Project Overview

A 240-unit apartment building required multiple projects, including major renovations and emergency work. Façade renovation: the façade of the front office building was removed and replaced with ACM (aluminum composite panel system). Office and event space renovation: all work required to demolish and renovate the common area event area as well as the main management office. Hallway renovation: remodeled every hallway throughout the property, updating the form and function of the apartment building to bring this community to life. Emergency fire renovation: after a fire devastated an apartment, The JLG Company was brought in to renovate after the extensive fire, flooding and smoke damage. Removed and replaced 8 roof top (RTU) systems
