Project Overview

In an ALDI anchored shopping center on Commercial Blvd in Fort Lauderdale, plans were developed and permitted for the conversion of a vacant CVS into three tenants (Auto Zone, Wingstop, and Verizon). With the experience of multiple big box conversions, the construction converted the optimal wall facing Commercial Blvd into three entrances for the above tenants. Construction included demising the larger space into three, the separation of the utilities with the local power companies and adding three built up storefronts along with the miscellaneous interior work required for delivery.
