Go Puff - Warehouse Renovation

Project Overview

The JLG Company provided both advisory and construction services for this new warehouse for GoPuff's Bridgeport, PA location. Our early-stage involvement guided ownership through the architectural and MEP plan development, focusing on the integration of HVAC with limited exterior space, and the efficient reuse of existing plumbing to obtain the required number of bathrooms. The project also required complex concrete work, including the installation of footing walls to replace abandoned train tracks, creating a new, stable pad for the HVAC system.
