Project Overview

This 1,584-square-foot, abandoned townhome underwent a full gut-and-rehab. The scope of work centered on structurally converting the existing 2-bedroom layout to a three-bedroom home by enclosing the loft area. Additionally, the renovation included the installation of a new kitchen, new bathrooms, and new mechanical infrastructure (HVAC and hot water heater, etc.). The result was a substantial enhancement to the property's long-term appeal and value.
