Project Overview

When the owners of Lafayette Towers sought to unlock the hidden value of their 108-unit complex, The JLG Company spearheaded the conversion of underutilized storage space into two high-end residential units. By gutting the neglected space down to the studs and installing all-new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, we seamlessly integrated modern living standards into the building's footprint. This strategic renovation not only eliminated dead space, but it created a permanent boost to the property's Net Operating Income (NOI) and provided an immediate, long-term return on investment.
