Project Overview

In a 140,000-sf shopping center, plans were developed and permitted to convert a vacant supermarket into a TJ Maxx and Bed Bath & Beyond. The construction included a complete renovation of the entire shopping center, including demolition of buildings, new façades throughout, new parking lot and lights, including the addition of two junior anchors, and several small tenants.
