Project Overview

The JLG Company tackled a full façade renovation with open and operating tenants to transform an old stucco strip center into a colorful eye-catching center. The owner has since filled the center and sold the asset. The exterior façade was renovated in select areas for a new anchor tenant, and the full length of the center was power washed and painted.
