In the suburbs of Harrisburg, a vacant supermarket was demised and converted into the largest Driver's License Center in the Commonwealth alongside a new Family Dollar. The new leases and construction vastly improved daily visits to the Shopping Center and led to backfilling the attached Kmart with Tractor Supply and Auto Zone.
